Kristin Hauge - San Bernardino Valley College

CCCSCA So Cal. Women's Coach of the Year

In 2015, San Bernardino Valley College women's soccer coach Kristin Hauge guided her squad to a 16-3-3 record, theFoothill Conference Championship and a CCCAA playoff berth as the #5 seed in southern California.

For the past twelve years, Hauge has ruled the sidelines on the pitch at San Bernardino Valley College. Owning a 167-47-38 mark at Valley, she is the winningest coach in Valley College soccer history. Since taking over mid-season in 2004, Hauge has guided the program to eleven consecutive winning seasons, nine straight CCCAA state playoff berths, seven Foothill Conference titles and a State Championship in 2010.

Hauge's number one priority continues to be helping her athletes reach their goals both on and off the field. Academics, graduation and transfer are a priority. Nearly 100% of the players that play two years in the program graduate/transfer to 4-year universities most of whom receive athletic scholarships.

"I would like to thank the CCCSCA for this incredible honor. I love coaching soccer and working with the student-athletes of the Inland Empire communities. Helping these young women grow as athletes but also achieve their academic, career and lifelong goals is a true blessing.”
